About Dayse
We offer a wide range of instruction; from beginner-level through advanced. There is something for everyone!
We are a very comunity like , our clients are friends with each other and we absolutely love what we do.
We are husband and wife owners, Dayse Tarakdian (former ballerina) Sanio Ferreira ( Physical Therapist licensed in Brasil).
We offer Pilates Privates, 1;1 Full Body Strecth , Pilates Group classes up to 8 clients in class.

About the lesson

An introductory session is recommended but NOT mandatory for all clients new to Pilates and have never taken a Pilates class. This is to familiarize clients with the various Pilates equipment and to advise on proper use and safety. We strongly advise a Stretch or level 1 class for beginner or a free demo if available on schedule.
