About Kristian
I love working with all levels from Beginner to Advanced. We work on your fitness goals and can modify any exercise to fit your needs.
Increasing functional fitness for others brings alot of joy!
I started group fitness 14 years ago!
I am a pharmacist by trade, so I have training from the University of Pitsburgh regarding the body and various disease states that may influence excercise. From there my pilates certification stems from a CPD certification and AFAA group fitness training.

I can't believe how fast the hour went...I wanted more
I have been going since October 2014 and enjoy ever minute! The instructors are amazing people and the classes are wonderful! A great group if people attend there to! The schedule is very accommodating and the support is fantastic!!!
