About Patti
At Wilmington Pilates, you will have fun and get fit. I am passionate about helping students achieve their fitness goals, get stronger, stay mobile and flexible, all while staying injury free and having fun. I connect with my clients in a way that makes them feel confident about their current and future fitness.
I am a fully certified Pilates Teacher through Balanced Body Pilates and STOTT Pilates. I also have a 200 hour Yoga teacher certification and am an Advanced MELT Method Method teacher.
Also, I have my MBA from University of Delaware.
