About Po-Wei

Hello, I'm Po-Wei and I'm a classical pianist currently pursuing my Doctor of Musical Arts degree at Manhattan School of Music. I have Master and Master of Musical Arts degrees from Yale School of Music, as well as Bachelor Degree from Manhattan School of Music. I've been playing piano for more than 18 years and have won the 2nd prize, chamber music prize, as well as the audience prize of the Premio Jaén competition.

As a teaching artist I have worked with students ranging from beginner in primary school, undergraduate piano major, to amateur pianist in the medical field. I'm excited to work with students regardless of age and playing level. Looking forward to meeting you! (please contact me via email or text message if you're interested, thanks!
