About Deanna
I have played the piano since I was two years old. Teaching someone to play is very fulfilling as no two students are alike. Each person brings their own emotions, coordination, personality, etc. to the keys and it is my job to pull something beautiful out of each person that allows them to express whatever is going on in their life at the time, whether they are 8 or 80, through music. That is when they will find music fulfilling and want to keep practicing and learning. I have never met anyone who said they wish they couldn't play the piano but most everyone wishes they could. My desire is to make that wish a reality in people's lives.

Next, I would ask what their goal is in taking lessons.
