About KUBIN
I'm indebted in providing lectures both online and class milieu for the past 5 years for junior and high school students across the globe. Also, administrating test and exams to students to test their standards and understanding. I'm presently the Head of Department in the my school and there are certain activities that one has indulged himself for the effectiveness and upbringing of the institute. For instance, i had to implement the competence base approach by maximizing the resources available in order to ease the understanding of the students.
With regular feedback from students to express their worries with regard to their studies, challenges and many other aspects, i have gain valuable knowledge and skills in this noble profession. I remember asking student in one of my lectures to write comments concerning the their studies and way forward. I was amazed with the Incredible ideas the students could write about. It was really impressive and interesting.
I started teaching in an evening school 5 years ago when i was still in school. Then after that, was employed as a permanent teacher where i gain skills especially with classroom control and CBA. Then develop interest in online teaching from one of my colleagues and i have been doing this for the past 2years
