About Krishna

I, Krishna Patil, am a B.Com graduate from Mumbai University by education and a photographer by profession and interest. I am based in Mumbai with 7 years of experience in commercial photography. For the last few years, I have been teaching basic and advanced photography to students aspiring to learn the skill. My online sessions are held on Google meet, Zoom, and Facebook Live. Additionally, I also provide offline coaching for students who can learn from the nearby locality.

During initial sessions, I try to understand my students' demographics and familiarity with technical aspects of photography, which helps me to design custom sessions in order to make them grasp the concept easily.

One of the unique parts of my lectures is that I always try to explain camera technicalities with simple methods and use examples related to students' fields of interest. Therefore, it doesn't matter from which educational background a student belongs, I create a series of lectures that lets them master the basic skills without breaking a sweat.

I am a passionate photographer. & I am eager to help passionate students who want to pursue this passion into a sustainable profession.

I had completed my Basic Fundamentals of photography course from one of the reputed photography educational institutes in Mumbai. Then after I started working in the market for many years, which allowed me to do the practical implementation of that knowledge.

About the lesson

Initially, I discuss with a student about their background, whether they belong to technical background or non-technical background. because photography is much more concentrated on physics and light theory Then we start the course in which I provide necessary study material to all the students and we start the course in which I use a lot of examples as per the student background and understanding.

I will advise all students. Speak with your tutor, tell your entire requirement which means why you want to learn photography, just for a hobby or you want to make this as your carrier. Then ask for any earlier demo session recording if a tutor has. Once you know how a tutor makes you understand the technical and creative aspects of a Photography then only go ahead and hire a tutor. Because photography is a combination of the technical and creativity of any individual and one should enjoy a learning journey as a student.

Recently, I tutored A father and his son together, A father is a Business entrepreneur & his son is a 7th standard school student. Apart from this, I am also tutoring one of the Digital Marketers (working professional).
