About Matt

Concierge outpatient physical therapy service. You will be the only patient in the clinic during your appointments. It's just you and your therapist, working together for the entire visit. There are no paraprofessionals, no ancillary staff, no random gadgetry and absolutely no pseudo-science. And more importantly, there never will be. The methods we use are laboratory and clinically proven. We integrate the data we collect as well as the research we review into your plan of care for one singular purpose -- to help make you feel and stay better. Whether it is orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, physical fitness, athletic performance, or post-surgical, you should come here for your rehabilitation and to meet your health goals.

On the athletic performance side of things, we have trained several professional boxers, power lifters, and triathletes. We have our own experience as Division 1A Ice hockey and rugby players. Don't trust a personal trainer to do the job of a physical therapist. We specialize in movement, so much so we have Doctoratal degrees certifying it.

Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Master of Business Administration.

Bachelors in Japanese.

US Army Trained.

Amateur boxer.

Strength & conditioning coach.

College Division 1A Ice Hockey and Rugby.

About the lesson

Discuss goals, expectations, prior experience, timeline, and logistics. We then devise a plan together to make this relationship work.

Literally all ages, genders, and states of health. I treat at least 10 patients per day.

Ask questions. If you don't like the way things are done, propose a change that would help you. It is your session, so you dictate the terms.
