About

Hey, I’m Angelo — Online Fitness Coach

I help busy men and women over 30 lose 30–70 lbs, build strength, and feel confident again — without strict diets or long gym sessions.

I’ve been through my own transformation, losing 70 lbs and overcoming back pain, so I know what it’s like to feel stuck and how to get real results.

Working with me is simple and structured.

Everything’s built around your schedule and lifestyle. I’ll keep you accountable, make adjustments as needed, and guide you step by step.

Why I’m great at what I do:

I care, I coach, and I get results. If you’re ready to make a change, I’ve got you.

Working with Coach Angelo at AAD Fitness has been a truly transformative experience. He encouraged me to stay consistent with a healthy diet and regular exercise, which helped me lose a considerable amount of weight. More importantly, he guided me in changing my lifestyle so I could maintain a healthier way of living long term. What I really appreciated was how personalized everything was—my plan was tailored specifically to my needs, goals, and preferences. Coach Angelo made the journey feel achievable and empowering. I’m so grateful for his support and expertise!
