Physique factor is a holistic Strength and Conditioning company dedicated to providing its clients with the knowledge and tools needed to help them towards achieving optimal health and fitness.

Martin Mapoma is a KSI Level 2 physical preparation coach with over 15 years of involvement in strength and conditioning. Martin has also received certification with the International Sports Science Association , RKC ( Russian Kettlebell Challenge ) Strong First and Training For Warriors .

Utilizing a holistic approach, he provides his clients with individualized programs based on experience and a relentless pursuit of not what’s popular, but what is effective . Most importantly... what is effective for them.

I was always an athlete . I trained a friend for her wedding and it bloomed from there.

About the lesson

Once we have established that we will be working together. I put them through an easy assessment to see where they are physically. I then design a program for them based on their needs and input. My clients input is very important to keeping them on track and engaged.

I have worked with professional athletes, high school and college athletes.

I work with a wide range of people from all walks of life now.

Look for a trainer who listens to your goals and offers to help you achieve them. Hiring a good trainer is a committment. Commit to at least 3 months.

Two young girls i have trained since they were little kids just won the southern california CIF Tennis Championship in their division.

8 week Program @ $120 per session

12 week program @ $100 per session

Both require a minimum of 2 days a week one on one training
