About Jeff
My ability to connect at every level with my clients of all ages and genders, help identify and remove both mental and physical barriers through empathy, instinct and observation is an intangible that sets my style, and results apart. With my training program, I am able to provide the desired results for my clients.
I enjoy the schedule flexibility I provide for my clients. I can could train with clients whenever and where ever - at the gym or at home - early morning or night time.
Always wanted to teach, so I got certified and started my journey.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Social Work.

We meet - we go over GOALS and how we are going to ACHIEVE them.
When training: We start at a lower weight range and lower intensity until we start to progress as we go then we'll increase weight range and increase the level of intensity.
Football Athletes, normal individuals who wants to improve on their fitness. People who wants to improve on their confidence by using boxing and kickboxing.
We are capable and desire to be the best versions of ourselves. By intentionally prioritizing strong mind/body connections, and learning to connect to your inner voice to guide your body, you will achieve a healthy self-body image, boost immune and energy levels.
