About Micah

*PLEASE READ WHOLE BIO* I am a Professional track athlete who specializes in the Sprinting portion of track and field. I also provide the best speed and strength classes in Kansas City. I have the best training facilities in KC such as: The Burn KC, Elite Total Fitness, and The Hyvee Arena. I also have mentoring from Olympic athletes and coaches for track and field, as well as the Spanish National Team coaching for soccer. I will make sure the athletes get the best coaching and training to be at their best. Please feel free to look at my experiance below. I enjoy improving myself and other people. I love to push myself to be a better person on and off the field. I don't only coach, but I also give tips to improve in the sport, and to always show sportsmanship. Making people smile is something I love doing. I wont just push the athlete to be the best they can be, but show them they can have fun while we work hard.
