About Lance

Hello im Lance Lane I am a life time tennis player and martial arts devotee. I have coached all levels and ages of players in my 15 yrs of coaching experience. High school state champions! Pk Yonge gainesville fl. Sunshine state games mens open doubles champion.

I have practiced martial arts since age 7. I started with tae kwon do then aikido later wado kai karate and then boxing in mexico and kickboxing in puerto rico. I have met and worked with great trainers and coaches in many countries and take with me the knowlege and insight shared with me over the years by so many greats and masters of the inner game and the sweet science. I have dynamic full body kick boxing workouts that wil get you in even better shape for tennis or simply for the love of destressing on the focus mitts! I really enjoy getting to know my students and share great joy in all improvements and new rating levels. My old student Bobby Beland could barely rally 3 balls when we started 5 yrs ago and now he is the captin of his 4.5 league team

I started working the summer tennis camps at DB raquet club in gainesville fl. Ive taught in Rincon Puerto Rico and Manaus Brasil. Se habla español e falo portugese

USTA ranked and certified. Gator summer camp instructor 3 summers DB raquet club instructor 5 summers. Northdale golf and tennis head junior team coach.

About the lesson

First we will talk and learn what history or expeience if any the student has. We will review bassic strokes and grips. Drill groundstrokes, work on volleys and the transition game. Serves are practiced regularly as well as returns. Live points played out against the coach last 15 minutes.

9yrs old all the way to 70. Tennis truly is the game for life! And boxing and kicboxing cross training wil help you play vibrantly into the goldem years

I love to share and teach but i have to be paid. That being said we feel confident in having the best most resonable rates of 30$ per hr with greater savings through bulk purchasse. 10 lessons for 250 etc.
