About Foundation
Foundation Fitness boasts the best training studios across the DMV and specializes in programs that help individuals achieve their goals and grow as individuals in the process. Our programs are built on a proven training system, a strong sense of community, and accountability from your coaches and other team members. The best part about what we do is seeing the impact our work has on people's lives. Whether it be their confidence, self-image, or just the quality of other areas, such as their career or relationships
All of our Personal Trainers are Certified and some are interning as Physical Therapist. Our owner and lead coach is used by Channel 7, as one of their top health and fitness experts.

We invite you in for a Free Assessment, where we take your measurements/weight and talk about your goals to see how we can best serve you. We go over your health history and do a Goal Mapping session Then we take the student through a private personal training session.
We work with a wide range of people. Many are either new to a gym, it's been awhile since they've worked out, may have or have had past injuries and need more attention, or simply need the accountability of a coach and center, vs. the big box gyms. We have several large transformations, in our membership. One lady was in a wheelchair for many years, after fracturing her spine. She is now walking without any assistnace. We have a lady that has lost 165lbs. and another that has lost 85 both in just over a year.
