About Shawn
I have been successfully training athletes since 2010 and myself for the sports that I participate in. I’ve competed in Motocross, Mountain Biking, BMX, CrossFit, and other fitness events! I’m a certified CrossFit L2 trainer. I also hold certifications in CrossFit Mobility, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Strongman, CrossFit Judge, and USAW - Weightlifting.
Its my passion to work with people to make them better!
Building the relationships and watching people meet their goals! They become stronger, both physically and mentally. They also become more independent and confident! Pushing and breaking through their comfort circles.
CrossFit certified: L2 certified trainer, Strongman, Mobility, and Kids.
