About Melissa
With 27 years experience, I bring years of experience and education in order to help the client's needs. I believe in attending conferences every year in order to stay up to date on the latest in the Exercise Science field. My focus is on improving movement of all clients and better body awareness while they are increasing strength, endurance, body composition goals, and overall health and performance; whether they are young or old, athletes or never moved before. My goal is to bring all clients what they need to reach their goals and if I don't have the best skill fit then I will set client up with the trainer or coach that will be their best match in order to get results.
I love making a difference in people's lives not only physical, but seeing how exercise combined with the right spiritual personality can change the mental, emotional, and spiritual health of a client.

I meet with all new clients and complete a FREE consulation to find out their Health, Fitness, & Nutritional history as well as their goals, what they would like to accomplish & learn along with any necessary medical information. I discuss best training package options per their needs, budget, fitness level, and environment.
