Thanks for taking time to visit my profile! I'm an ACE Certified Fitness Nutritionist and Private Fitness Coach. I specialize in distance running, kickboxing and strength conditioning. I really enjoy helping people make healthy lifestyle changes that can last a lifetime!

As a Colorado Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Denver School of Massage Therapy. I specialize in pain relief, Swedish, trigger point and sports massage.

I want people to get a true sense that I can help them reach their fitness/nutritional goals and massage therapy needs. Listening to my clients goals are the foundation that I build a routine from.

I work with an array of clients. I believe that everyone can improve their lifestyle if done in a safe and organized manner.

I don't sell gimmicks, one-hit wonder massages or get-fit quick diet schemes, so are you ready to take the steps to live a healthier lifestyle?

This client hired me in January of 2015 and was diagnosed with a brain tumor which caused weakness on the entire right side of his body.

It has almost been a year and not only has he gotten stronger, but more confident that he'll improve his overall health.

Details

I personally hate long term contracts of any kind. That's why I use a prepay system for my services. This allows the client to only pay for the sessions they plan on using within a 30 day period.

Here are my rates:

Personal Training = $70/hour

Table/Chair Massage = $70/hour

Life Coaching = $80/hour

Nutrition (Weekly Meal Plans) = $40/week
