About Cory
Using a People first approach, I put communication and understanding at the forefront of my training. I enjoy fun and creative workouts to push the pace and intensity with a bit of fun.
I have always enjoyed pushing myself in the gym and seeing the positive changes from my hard work. After seeing the effects COVID-19 and the sedentary life of quarantine I quit my job to begin Personal Training in hopes to help people get back to an active and healthy lifestyle post quarantine
I studied Kinesiology at the University of North Georgia for 4 years and have worked with numerous sports clubs to include, Rugby, Wrestling, Football, Soccer, and Track.

I like to start with a quick goals assessment to gain an understanding of where they would like to be and set expectations for the training to come. After setting expectations we begin a functional movement test to evaluate motor behavior and test mobility. Once this is complete we will design a strength and cardio program based on your goals and ability to perform safe, efficient exercises.
I specialize in powerlifting and bodybuilding but enjoy working with people all over the spectrum of age and ability. Most of my training focuses on strength and mass gain through sport or life specific movement patterns.
Communication is Key! When looking for a personal trainer it is important to find someone who understands your needs and how to best drive you to acheive them. Their is no "ONE SIZE FITS ALL" program so knowing that they have invested in you is what I think makes A good trainer.
