If you’re looking to join a supportive, welcoming gym community, with people of all fitness levels who want to see you succeed, you’ve come to the right place.
Together – we can make healthy happen. That’s why we offer personal training at the gym and the right tools such as an Anytime Fitness Workouts App and Meal Plan/Recipe e-books
to keep you on track when you’re not.
Wether your goal is to shape up, gain energy, strength, and/or endurance, we have several personal trainers at the Ann Arbor Plymouth Road location.
All of our trainers are certified through NASM, ,ACE or have personal training degrees!

We have several personal trainers at Anytime Fitness Ann Arbor who specialize weight loss, weight lifting or just keeping healthy and energized! You can meet with a trainer at no charge. If you join for a membership, you can also obtain a free fitness consultation that includes 1 complimentary training session as well. Enjoy encouragement and accountability to keep you motivated and get nutrition guidance as well!
