About OSCAR

I am here to push my clients past the point that they would normally stop if they were doing these workouts on their own. This brings on the "overload principle" which is what brings on results.

I enjoy seeing my clients get the results that they want.

A desire to stay in the best shape I can and help other to do the same.

As a 61 year-old woman I have learned from Oscar that I have to push back hard on the muscle and bone mass loss. I have lost weight, I feel great and I am having fun!
