About Joni
I love inspiring my students to love their bodies and to feel good!!! I've been a dancer my whole life. I achieved my dream of performing on Broadway, and during my career I endured a back injury. I became a certified Pilates teacher and wellness coach to help others heal themselves like I healed myself.
My mom owns a dance studio!
so I began teaching at 12 years old.
I am certified in both Comtrmporary and Classic Mat Pilates
I am also a certified Integrative Nitrition Health Coach

I also offer a monthly memebership for my zoom Pilates classes which are on Tues/Wed/Fri at 10:00 AM EST for 120.00
My Nutrition Program is a 6 month program.
we meet twice per month for 240.00 per month.
