About Marta

I am a Certified Professional Life Coach and I work with painting as a means through which a person can express and work on feelings and modify behaviors. Painting is the most basic expression of the human being, we use it to represent the environment in which we live but also our inner universe. If after taking some classes it seems that you want to use painting as a way of life, you will have from me all the support and the necessary tools to go ahead and achieve your goal.

It is about seeing how people transform their negative vision of the individual capacity that each one of us possesses and that due to fear or false convictions they are not even able to risk exercising. How they learn to work those thoughts that often ruin their lives without realizing it. In life every day we start a new painting, or we continue painting the one we have started, and every day, as in a painting, we have the opportunity to correct what we did the day before until we get the best expression of our idea, of our feelings.

I have been a painter since I was little and a designer since my youth. I have worked as an art teacher in communities of the most diverse backgrounds in different countries. Therefore, I know closely and thoroughly how painting can positively influence the life of an individual.

About the lesson

In a first interview, I obtain from the client what his/her concerns and goals are. Knowing about these, I draw a path that will take him/her to self-knowledge and personal assessment.
