About Karla
I teach my students to be as creative and not be afraid of Art because"There are no mistakes in art!" Art is about imagination and being creative! It is not being able to draw or paint like tge masters. It's about learning and discovery. I always do warm up excercizes in drawing and painting to get my students comfortable and willing to explore! When they draw with a pencil I tell them to bite the eraser off . Because if you spend time erasing all the time you'll never learn to draw ! You can overdraw until you obtain the right shape and when it's all over you can paint over or erase at the end. I love art and I retired from teaching however I'm willing to teach from time to time!
