About Rachel
I have a passion for nutrition. I believe it's the key to being the heathiest you and can be a powerful "medicine". I love teaching people how to nurish their bodies and feel the best they can. I will work with you one on one to help you learn about nutrition and how you can apply it to your life without feeling deprived of certain foods you love! I am an athlete and my husband was a professional hockey player so I've learned over the years how we must feed our bodies to perform the best they can.
