About JESSICA
I am a RN from California who earned my degree at a local community college. I work for one of my region's largest employers and have been employed with them for 15 years! I am a mother, working professional and a patient advocate. I am a union rep for my hospital and support over 2500 RNs. Always putting patient safety and connection first. I am a current Med Surg Neuro bedside RN. I passed my NCLEX on the first attempt with the minimum questions needed. I would love to help you learn the ins and outs of Nursing including perfecting your assessment, learning to prioritize, understanding clinical rationale, practicing within your scope and how to safely calculate your patient medications and give them safely and learning why we give certain medications and understanding their effects on your patient.
