About Gus
There's nothing more gratifying than watching a client reach their goals, it's a testimony of thier hard work along with the motivation and programming of the coach. My coaching style is tough but fair and I never program anything for clients that I don't or haven't done myself. I'm also 46 years old so I have years of lifting experience under my belt. I'm powerlifting certified by "strong first" and also "uspa" I've also been the strength coach for a facility called "Gritcity" I'm looking forward to helping others feel the joy of getting STRONGER!!
