About Tomasz
A former European professional player helping develop and take your game to the next level making you achieve the unbelievable.
I enjoy helping others develop into a better player and into a better person. As well helping them achieve their dream. It’s a passion and I’m greatful to be apart of it every step of the way. It uplifts me helping others reach their goals and full potential.
I have helped train and coached many teams in Europe. As well I have helped train athletes on a 1 on 1 level not only on the field but in the gym as well. I work with 5-18 year old.

I break my sessions down into the what we are working on. For example technique and skills. I start off with a warm up and stretch’s to get the body warmed up and the blood flowing. Next we will do some ball work. Getting use to the ball and the feeling and getting some footwork in before drilling. After that we get into the skills and technique doing drills with the balls around cones and picking up the pace. Once things are looking good we open up the space and start utilizing more of the field to get some conditioning involved. Doing speed dribbling and keep the intensity high. Finally we end with shooting. To fine tune technique and work on accuracy. Than a cool down and stretches to end the session.
I believe in breaking down the sessions and working on the individual aspects like speed, agility, accuracy, skills, conditioning, weight training (in the gym), and mindset training! These are all important components to work on when wanting to compete at high levels. It’s what we did in Europe!
