About Kim
Let me bring Wellness to YOU! I’m an Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Life Purpose Guide, and I empower my clients with wellness tools for life. I coach / teach / offer Yoga, Reiki energy healing, EFT (Tapping), Meditation, and more, for ALL ages. Kids Yoga + Reiki, Mommy + Me Yoga, Power Yoga, Desk/Chair Yoga, WineYoga, Restorative Yoga, Rehab Yoga, Senior Yoga...I have experience in it all!
I fell in love with yoga at 20 years of age as an accompaniment to my lifetime of sports...I used to think people who couldn’t go a day without yoga were “cheesy,” but then I became one of them LOL! I’m so grateful to be able to stretch my body daily. I discovered Reiki after my first child was born, desperately seeking out alternative ways to help him and his sensory sensitivities / anxiety. I thought I’d learn the 1st Level just to help him...and then almost a decade later here I am teaching it to every parent who is willing!
I’m an Usui Reiki Master / Teacher with almost a decade of Reiki experience. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with 20 years experience teaching all styles, all levels, all ages. And I’m a Certified Life Purpose Guide, assisting my clients In discovering their true reason for being here in this life.

With new students I like to get a few for where they’re at health + wellness-wise, and also where they’d like to be, and then I can tailor my variety services to assist them on their journey to healthy happiness!

I recently taught Yoga to memory care patients at the senior nursing facility...And although they were not very aware of what was going on, just the movement and stretching for their right bodies was so wonderful for them. I also recently showed some young corporate employees easy stretches to do at their desks daily to avoid computer strain and wear and tear.
