About Paul
I've been meditating for over 30 years and teaching meditation for 20 years. I've had great success in clients finding that sense of ease, contentment, and clarity through the sense of learning to bring meditation can brought into one's daily life.
Watching and listening to clients come into their own commitment and openness in realizing the true benefits of meditation.
A deeper calling drew me to teachers and instructors who were guideposts to a greaterness of who I am and who I am not. I could then give these realizations to students.

Find the right technique of meditation that matches students's profile.
Work together to approach meditation in an open and compassioante way so student is able to take what is learned in to the world to create better surroundings.

yoga instructors, all ages included.
Find someone that the student gets a good feeling and connection from after the initial talk on the phone, email, etc.

If anything, write the questions down as this will clarify what the student needs to ask and it will be clear and concise for themselves. Often times, the answer is in the question.
