About Connor
I enjoy helping others discover. Discover themsleves. Discover life. Meditation is about having an open mind and heart and seeing what you can discover when you do.
I've been meditating for a few years now, and I've met people who do the same. Some of them were teachers and it inspired me to do the same. And now here I am!
I use meditation in my personal life to manage my ADHD, and I've been doing it for years. I recently decided to take this information to the streets and teach it. I got my certification last year! I also have experience in basic nutrition, yoga, and sound healing.

I've worked with people of ALL different walks of life. In meditation we practice equanimity, or no judgment. My classes are a safe and open space for anyone and everyone!
