About Meghan
What makes me most excited about what I do for a living is that I help people live. I teach you mindfulness and the power of meditation and loving with intention. I am a life coach and am here to take phone sessions and listen similarly to talk therapy but with more intention on helping you and getting you the client to answer your own inner most deep questions about your life path.
When I was 18 years old (I'm 30 now) I started classes in yoga and psychology. Have been certified since 20 years old. 10 years experience!
Yoga teacher 200/hour and yoga therapist training. Psychology background.

I will first ask you questions about what you are seeking. I will tell you a little about who I am and how I can help you heal and navigate your life better. We will work through sessions once a week by phone and I will walk you through mindful processes that will ground you and help release surpressed traumas.
