About Nhi

I am a passionate, professional and embodied Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, Life Coach & Mentor and Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner. I studied with the School of Positive Transformation taught by Dr. Itai Ivtzan.

I have been leading meditation classes over the last 2.5 years and am a top teacher on meditation app Insight Timer with 12,000 students. I host regular weekly live events ranging from 200 to up to 500 attendees each session. I have led powerful workshops and masterclasses for Insight Timer and have been a mentor on their app supporting people from all around the world.

I am core teacher for the World ́s No.1 Meditation Magazine for their Meditation Teacher Training Program where I focus on Yoga Nidra and Mantra Meditation. I also collaborate with companies like MOOD VR, JoyScore and Relaxo where I share guided meditations.

In addition to that, I host monthly meditation and ritual circles for a group of women online via Zoom to support them on their healing and empowerment journey. I also host in-person Tea & Meditation Ceremonies around the world including Bali, Barcelona, USA and Australia.

My Advanced studies in Theta Healing, Energy Work, Mindfulness and Meditation, Akashic Records and iConscious : Accelerating Human Potential, Yin Yoga, Hermetics Astrology are incredible tools to de-program and reprogram client's limiting beliefs, patterns and stories so that they can shift into a space of inner equilibrium and transform their life into one of more ease, grace, joy, contentment and peace.

What I value in life is family & friends, service, connection, integrity, love, kindness, respect and support.

My clients, friends and family would describe me as : graceful, peaceful, kind, caring, wise, grounded, centered, loving, a problem-solver, tech-savvy, talented, quick learner, flexible, dependable, diligent, intelligent, forgiving, respectful and multi-dimensional (meaning I'm great at taking on many roles!).

I love what I do and I wish to continue to spread more of my light into the world through meditation, mindfulness, tea and coaching.

I started teaching online through meditation apps, and hosted in person meditations in different locations around the world.
