I offer one on one instruction with your choice of in-person or online. I also offer classes for groups, helping people access the benefits of mindfulness mediation in a clear and accessible manner.
After living at meditation Centers I wanted to share the benefits of this practice.
I am a certified Mediation Instructor of 15 years.
