About Cassie

I am an experienced Professional Medical Coder with over 7 years of experience. I am passionate about this field and it is my goal to help others pass their exam and become experts in this field.

-Help with all study material for exam, to include anatomy and medical terminology.

-make recommendations for programs that I know are helpful.

-provide information about great starter jobs to apply to pre and post certification.

-honest and realistic information about the salary expectations and job expectations.

-Help creating resumes and studying for individual job coding questionairres.

I am CPC certified through the AAPC. I am currently coding with a company remotely full-time and have been for near a decade. I passed my exam on my first attempt. I have a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of West Florida.

I began teaching when I had several positions I was in go to training. I became fascinated with helping others get into this field that I love.

I have trained many coders in the field and have helped people that I know pass the exam. I worked with my local AAPC chapter in study sessions.

About the lesson

We will review your goals. Next we will go over what you are currently studying and how much assistance you need. I can be a great study buddy or I can help teach the material and everything in between. The goal will be efficiency to ensure that you are getting high quality results for the best value.

I have worked with coders who have never coded before or taken an exam. I have also worked with seasoned coders who needed specialty training. I have helped walk students of coding through lesson plans.

Give your coding teachers one question from your study guide. They should be able to give you the answer.

I love chapter meetings with the AAPC.

My rates will be based on the level of difficulty of the review. Will I be helping you study or will I be creating materials to help you? This will determine the price. My rates start at $50 per hour. There will be a multi-session discount.
