About Jatin

Hey guys, my name is Jatin S. I'm a local tutor who specializes in SAT/ACT tutoring and 7-12th grade academics along with college counseling. What I want to emphasize first is that I'm a recent graduate, so I'm aware of all the ins and outs of standardized testing and how high school/middle school classes work. I'm very strong in all academics as I came out of high school with straight As.

I was in the top 2% of my high school and was apart of many Honors Societies. I got a 36 on my ACT and a 1540 on my SAT, both after months of preparation. I believe I have a guaranteed method of helping students get very high scores on their tests. Additionally, I have only gotten 4s or 5s on my AP Exams and have taken many including: AP Bio, Chem, US History, Lang, Euro, Calc BC, and Statistics.

I've tutored many in ACT/SAT and general academics - most of my students would say I taught them tricks that nobody teaches. I'm especially adept in tutoring younger kids and teenagers since I can relate to them and I have siblings I tutor myself.

With my resume out of the way, I just want to reiterate that since I'm a recent graduate, I'm the most qualified to tutor your son/daughter. I know all the tricks, I'm aware of all the changes made recently to the standardized tests, and I can connect with your son/daughter in a way that other tutors simply cannot. I understand their humor and their struggles as I was them just a few years ago.

I'm just trying to make a quick few bucks so my rates are probably the lowest on this site and negotiable. Thank you! Feel free to contact me anytime.

Not only am I tutoring the student, but in a way I'm learning myself. I'm constantly adapting to the needs of the student and concocting new methods to better relay the information to the student.

I'm a trained National Honors Society tutor.
