About Kyle
Hello :) My name is Kyle Ostboe and I'm a 3rd year computer science major at Arizona State University. I am genuinely passionate about making math and science and language arts concepts easier to grasp and comprehend. I have an unconventional approach to tutoring. I ask as many questions as my student asks me, so that we can develop a mutual understanding of each topic. I believe I'm a very relaxed and kind person and that it reflects in my students willingness to listen and learn with an open mind. I have taken mathematics up through calculus III, linear Algebra and Discrete Logic. I have a firm grasp on biology and physics and I am a freelance writer, artist and musician.
I take immense pride in my ability to connect personally with my students and use what I observe about their learning habits to their own advantages. Education is an important but flawed institution and I want to make understanding this world as easy as a can for my community.
