About Victor
Hello! My name is Victor Scharrer III, I am currently a 23 year old college student at the University of Michigan-Flint. I'm currently in my last year of college and I'm dual degreeing in Economics and Finance.
I can teach a variety of subjects, although Economics is probably my best subject as I'm most passionate about it, I'm also very good with Chemistry and Math.
I really am passionate about teaching and have lots of experience teaching in my short career; along with attending school I am currently a manager at McDonald's and currently lead crew training; so I frequently teach new trainees, and I coached sports for 2 years which involves a lot of teaching.
I'm here to tutor to try to help pay for school, so anytime I have free I would love to help!
I'm currently pursuing my Bachlors of Science in Economics, and my Bachlors of Business Administration in Finance.
Everything I'm teaching I can do very well and have done very well in my classes.
I'm currently a manager at McDonald's; however before I was a crew trainer. So I have about 3 years of experience training people and teaching.

When teaching new students I like to have a brief introduction; I think its good to be comfortable with an instructor so there is no hesitation to ask questions necessary for learning. After that I like to get to work; I diagnose what they are struggling with and then I take my approach to help them.
My experience in teaching has been soley with high school and college students, although I work well with kids.
