About Avi

We help elementary school kids and middle school kids with school and outside math.

I am Avi, the CEO of the company. I have achieved a 770 SAT and qualified for the AIME all 4 years of high school. Looking to delve into teaching online while also getting my degree.

I enjoy working with students and helping them learn concepts and apply them to problems.

I got started teaching when I was asked to help my cousins in basic math. I realized I had a love for teaching and then branched out to start a more robust teaching program.

I am passionate about math and have done plenty of high school competition math as well as post-AP courses past calculus and statistics.

About the lesson

I try to adapt to people as well as I can. I hope to work with a wide variety of students to maximize the teaching experience for me.

I have worked with primarily younger students. Sometimes working with students almost your age doesn't foster a healthy relationship, and I am more comfortable knowing I can teach an easier concept rather than a harder one.

I would tell a student to find a tutor they are comfortable with. Comfort is the single most important thing when it comes to a healthy and working relationship.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should attempt problems from more than one approach before going to an adult, like a parent or teacher. Only after they have made some insights about the problem should they come to a teacher.
