About Noel
Hello! My name is Noel, and I am excited by the opportunity to be your tutor! I enjoy teaching math and science to students because these subjects are exciting to me, and I love sharing that excitement with others. I have recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied physics and Biology with a minor in chemistry. I have been tutoring for a few years now; I've tutored middle school and high school students privately, and I've also wored as a TA for many college classes. I look forward to working with you!
I started TAing at Bethel University in 2017, and I was then asked to be a part of a tutoring list on campus. A professor then contacted me and asked me to tutor her kids, and I accepted. I tutored them for 2 years right up until the pandemic started.
I have a Bachelor of science in Applied physics and biology with a minor in chemistry. I have been a TA at Bethel University for 3 years in calculus, general physics, and cell biology.

I like to figure out a student's learning style before starting with them. I might ask you to do a couple quizzes that tell me what that is so that I can teach you in the best way possible. Then we will set goals for what you want to accomplish with our time together, and I will either use the curriculum you are already using to do practice problems with you, or I will find some extra ones myself.
I've worked with college students and high school students.
Look for someone willing to teach in your personal learning style. That's the point of private tutoring--You want to find someone that will be able to help you 1-on-1.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Think about goals you want to achieve. Do you want better grades? Do you want to understand a subject better? If you know what you want to achieve, you can tell your tutor what you need.
