About Ian
I am a recent graduate from University of Washington Seattle with a bachelor's in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. I have 2+ years of tutoring experience working with Varsity Tutors teaching SAT math prep as well as Algebra, Geometry, and Precalculus. My goal as a tutor is to help build solid foundations for my students so they are prepared for all classes and tests in the future.

Ian was really great at making concepts easier to understand for my precalc class. Would highly recommend
great tutor, very knowledgeable and approachable.
A strong understanding of the basics allowed him to explain complex topics in a simple manner. Plus, he was punctual and always easy to get a hold of!
Ian is a wonderful tutor. He does an excellent job breaking down complicated math and physics concepts and building intuition and reasoning skills that are applicable to all subjects/education levels.
I was really behind in my precalc class but Ian managed to not only help me catch up, but also get ahead. He later helped me with calculus I as well. Ian is very chill and nice, and I really enjoyed working with him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for math help.
