About Charles
Hi, I'm Charles! I'm attending the University of Michigan College of Engineering in the fall. I've tutored students in my school for my entire high school career, and now I'm taking it online. I love helping people with math and physics, and I specialize in making sure you actually learn how to do the problem, and how to tackle any permutation of the problem in the future.
I earned a 5 on AP Calculus BC and AP Statistics, and 4s on AP Physics 1 and AP Physics C (Mech + E&M).
In all my math and physics classes I was known as the guy other students went to for help, and I loved to help my friends and classmates overcome obstacles and accomplish the lesson, just as I will with my Wyzant students!
My opinion is that the best way to learn something you're struggling with is make the mistakes, be shown where you messed up and be taught how you can avoid those in the future, and finally trained on how to ace it every time. I will always prioritize teaching the concept over a fast fix! Because my goal is to help you succeed in your classes, I am very flexible and open to any suggestions the students or parents may have.
