About Audrey
I am still a high school student, which gives me a empathetic approach to your student in what they want to learn. I am to make learning an enjoyable experience, and putting more effort into making a better student.
I have a 3.9 unweighted GPA, and a 4.6 weighted. I debated in high school giving an extra form of public speaking and learning opportunities. I have also qualified for NSDA nationals in debate, and have won various tournament titles. I am ranked 10th out of 156 people in my class, solely because my school does not have a weighted GPA ranking system.
I always look for opportunities to teach in my community. Such as volunteering at my community learning museum as well as teaching kids martial arts and acting.

I like to ask them where their strengths and weaknesses are, and what they would like to get out of the lesson.
I also want to know how their school and home environment works out to be so I know how to work with them in their learning style.
I have a sister who has Down syndrome, therefore, I know how to handle those with disabilities. I also worked with kids who range from K-8 in my experience from working and teaching.
I would say look for a route that would suit your learning technique. If you learn from books, look for a tutor who teachers through PowerPoints. If you are and audio and visual learner, have a tutor who can adapt to how you learn best.
