About Emil
I am happy to serve students in Westchester and Rockland counties with tutoring services in various mathematical subjects. My tutoring subjects include middle and high school mathematics, Regents Exams, AP Calculus, and SAT I/SAT II Mathematics. I am friendly, courteous, and patient with all students, regardless of skill level and interest.
I gradutated from Binghamton University with a degree in Mathematical Sciences, and have specialized in applied financial risk mathematics. My background and extensive study in this subject has allowed me to complete all of the preliminar Society of Actuary exams, exams that require the study of single and multivariate calculus, probability, statistics, and regression modeling.
I enjoy helping students achieve. The best part of my work in finding a common ground with students to work off of, as well as the challenge of conveying these topics in ways that they can relate and learn from. Each student learns differently and it is my job to find the way that they can best learn mathematics.
