About Neel
My unique and effective teaching methods make me a great and consistent teacher. I can help with any kind of math, going all the way up to an undergraduate level. I can also do quality SAT and test prep, as I received a 1530 on the June SAT and a 5 on the AP Calculus BC exam. I have been in the business for around a year, and I plan to continue to help people of all ages in my surrounding areas.
A friend recommended me, and with my passion and experience, I thought I would try it out!
I am good with students as I have served as a teacher assistant for a teacher in my school. I help teach young high schoolers.
I am employed as a professional math instructor for Mathnasium. I instruct students from ages K-12 from subjects ranging from basic math to calculus.

I meet with the student and introduce myself by telling people about who I am. I value openness and friendliness between clients. I will proceed to ask them questions relating to the WHY rather than the HOW about the topic of their choice. The process becomes more efficient that way.
High school freshmen through National Honors Society and being a Teacher Assistant for an English class.
I also work with kids from 2nd to 12th grade as a professional math instructor at Mathnasium.
Look for passion! Passion is very important when looking for a person that offers a service. Nothing will be accomplished without a sense of drive from both sides!
I described this in my bio, but when I received a 2 on Calculus AB due to the struggles from COVID-19, I was devasted. Getting a 5 on Calculus BC was very delightful, and it shows the power of motivation!
If you want to know more about me personally, I am a high school cross country athlete at my school, and I have been showing a lot of progress while running this summer, so that is another general event I am very fond of, since I am a very passionate runner!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should think about why they cannot solve something rather than how to solve something! This way, the basic concepts can receive attention so that there will be no confusion in the future even when diving in depth into complex topics. Basics are very important to me!

Perfect! At first i was iffy about hiring a tutor because i never had one. But after tutoring with Neel my perspective changed. He is great at what he does and knows what he is doing. He takes his time and has patience. Teaches you and shows you how to get stronger at what you need help with. Strongly recommend him!
