We will start by immediately identifying where the student needs to begin. There are many cases where a student may be taking a highschool level course such as Algebra 2, but their fundamental problems are rooted in earlier topics. Other tutors will waste time trying to get students to understand their current material without realizing they need to go back up the chain and find the earliest topic that still gives the student trouble.
We will waste absolutely no time doing that.
Once the correct starting place is identified, our tutoring will focus on building brick by brick until we catch up and eventually excel in the student's class. I will offer guided practice as well as additional homework to all my students, and as long as they do their homework and practice I can guarantee my students will succeed in their classes.
