About Jonathan
I am an undergraduate Adolescent to Young Adult Education major with concentration in Integrated Mathematics. My studies and expertise makes me an excellent choice to help your student learn their content in a way that helps them grow and gain practical study skills to prepare them not only for tests, but for their future.
The thing I enjoy most about what I do is being able to watch students grow. Seeing children that doubt themselves and their skills learn how to tackle big problems and accomplish their academic goals is worth every minute.
I began teaching while in high school. I began solely teaching private lessons within the music program, typically to elementary students learning a new instrument. This grew into a passion that led me into AYA Education.

Finding each students current ability and method of learning is key in engaging them in new, sometimes difficult material. I enjoy helping students learn their strengths so they can learn as efficiently and effectively as possible.
I have worked with a wide variety of students, and my college education is preparing me to work with students of all backgrounds and exceptionalities.

Details
I prefer to only work in hour long sessions, this allows the student to begin and really work through mental processes. That being said:
1hr=$15
Every subsequent 30 minutes will be an additional $5
If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact me. I am very flexible with this.
