Mrs. Steiner was my math teacher junior and senior year of high school! Her classes aren’t an easy A because she wants you to learn the material! She has high standards and expectations in her classroom, but she is more than willing to help you if you’re struggling. She also brought out our competitive sides by having a board of “top guns” which are the students that made the highest grades on tests and quizzes! And we got stickers!!! My friends and I still have these stickers on our calculators today from 3-4 years ago!!

Mrs. Steiner is a great teacher that is challenging, but it really helps you in the long run. I experienced this myself! When challenges you to work hard and it pays off. She is a great help, and you won’t regret working with her!!

Mrs. Steiner was my calculus teacher, and she was absolutely terrific. I had some previous experience, but she helped my tie it all together in a brilliant way. I can't count the amount of moments that she explained something and made me have a "Eureka!" moment (giving me physical chills in the middle of class). You'll be in great hands with Mrs. Steiner, and she is one of the greatest teachers (and people) I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.

She is the best teacher I have ever had! She always thoroughly explained material, and she made sure I understood everything throughout the lesson.

Where do I begin? Professor Steiner is the most amazing math tutor/professor I've ever encountered. Being a non-traditional student (over 30) and being back in school after a decade, I was not very confident in my math abilities. I have always been a solid C math student, grade school and my first attempt at college. I never understood what was happening and I could never get a clear answer or direction. I was told and learned was math just wasn't my thing. That was until now. The last 2 semesters, I have had the pleasure of having Professor Steiner. The first semester was rough. But once I took time to see her during office hours, it got instantly better. She was able to understand where I wasn't able to connect things, and explain it a hundred different ways, if need be, til I understood it. Not ever did I walk away not understanding what I didn't before. Along with doing the homework, and being able to have her fully and clearly explain things was a life changer. I went from that D to solid C student, to a solid B almost A student. I cannot express enough how much gratitude I have for her for taking time to understand how I think and being able to turn my confusion into clarity. She saved my college career.

She is a great teacher. She’s patient and cares for her students. She’s has no problem with going back to make sure you understand before moving on.

Catherine Steiner worked with my daughter when she was a junior and senior in high school. She is tough, but it is worth the work.
