About Phil
My patience and sense of humour takes a lot of the stress out of struggling to learn.
Working with students and seeing them "get it" always gives me enormous satisfaction.
I'm a graduate of Cambridge university (UK), with over 10 years of teaching undergraduates and high school students.

First, we meet, and I ask a lot of questions! The idea is to help me understand exactly what the student needs/wants to achieve. Then, I'll complete a short assessment to establish the current level of knowledge. Finally, I work with the student to agree a plan/schedule.

Details
I charge $60 per hourly session on the basis of a minimum of 5 sessions. One-off sessions can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on need, with a rate of $80 per hour.
