About Amber
I have a passion for seeing students succeed at any math level. I am an engineer that's looking to give back to my community by helping students not just pass their exams, but also understand the importance and benefit of unstanding math.
I started mentoring in sports and loved working with students and watching them group. I also have a love of math so I decided to mentor students in that subject as well.
I have been an engineer since 2015 and a high school mentor since 2018.

First is to understand what they are struggling with. Then I like to understand what their long term and short terms goals are. Finally, I would work with them to achieve their goals.
High school levels (9-12 grade)
Look for someone that has a passion teaching and the patience to do so. Also, someone that can explain topics in multiple different ways.
I had a student that never liked math. He was taking a certain math class for the second time and was still struggling to pass it. I was able to get him through his exams and when he called me to say that he had passed his class he was the happiest guy in the world.
