About Rocco

For almost 6 years now, I have been tutoring several students in the massapequa area, ranging from 1st grade all the way up through senior of year of highschool. I have tutored students in subjects such as calculus, geometry, physics, biology, chemistry, and all other types of math and scienece subjects. I enjoy watching students prosper in their studies and want all my students to succeed to their fullest abilities. Along with the previous tutoring experience, I have served as a camp counselor for the Town of Oysterbay Parks. With this position, I worked with children under the age of 10 almost everyday and I worked extremely well with them. I am currently a 3rd year mechanical engineering student at the University of Hartford, so I have extensive knowledge in mathematics and Physics especially.

I make a promise to each student that I work with that I will continue to work with them to my fullest ability untill they completely and fully understand the subject at hand.

My main goal is to see the success of each and every student that I work with and to me, that is the most important aspect.

I was approched when I was just a freshman in highschool and my teachers noticed I was excelling greatly in all subjects. I slwoly built up to having almost 20 students a week!

I have entensive background in math and physics due to me being a mechanical engineering major.

About the lesson

Anywhere from 1st grade through senior year of highschool and some college freshman.

When you first meet with a teacher, have one or two sessions with them so that they gain an understanding of where you are a student, and then from there the teacher can help you even better.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should have a general idea of what exactly they are struggling with in the subject, making it easier to pinpoint and solve the problems.
